Welcome! I am Rev. Seonwoo Lee

I was born and raised in South Korea, and I now serve as a pastor in the United Methodist Church, ministering to both Hurdtown UMC and Lake Hopatcong UMC. My heart is to help people experience peace, courage, and a warm, Christ-centered community in their everyday lives.

I live with my loving wife, Hayoung, who is a true gift and joy in my life.
We enjoy walking together, talking about life, and sharing many hobbies as a couple. Basketball is one of my favorite ways to stay active, and I try to enjoy it as a way to care for both body and soul.

My ministry style is simple, warm, and deeply practical—focused on living out the love of Jesus in daily life. I preach in a clear, concise, and relatable way, using accessible examples and stories so that everyone can understand and connect with the message. I value worship and education that invite children, youth, and adults to learn and grow together.

Our churches are places where worship is heartfelt, community feels like family, everyone is welcomed, and every person matters.
